In the first quarter, Dillon Morlock of Norwayne set the tone with a 5-yard touchdown run at 6:55, giving his team an early lead of 7-0. Liberty quickly responded as Dwayne Moody returned the kickoff for an impressive 75-yard touchdown at 6:50, narrowing the gap to 7-6. Norwayne continued their offensive prowess, with Jaxon Siegenthaler connecting with Mason Saal for a 43-yard touchdown pass at 4:30, extending their lead to 13-6.

The second quarter featured more action, with Siegenthaler finding Dylan Smith for a 43-yard touchdown pass, making it 20-6. Liberty fought back as Tawann Tutwiler ran for a 12-yard touchdown, cutting the deficit to 20-13. A crucial interception from Liberty’s Brashawn Hicks at the 1-yard line prevented Norwayne from adding more points.
