MULLEN HAS A MONUMENTAL NIGHT AS TIGERS ROUT RIDGE

NEW MIDDLETOWN, OH – It was a good night in New Middletown for the Springfield Tigers on Wednesday night as they hosted their conference rival, Mineral Ridge. Springfield was able to get out to a hot start and never looked back, led by Jacey Mullen who eclipsed 1000 career points. Mullen’s hot touch boosted the Tigers to a strong victory over the Rams, 53-17.

 

For Springfield, Mullen ended off her special night with 23 points to lead the Tigers. Madison Lesnak contributed 12 points in the win.

 

For Mineral Ridge, Olivia Booth finished with 13 on the night for the Rams.

 

Springfield will be back home on Thursday as they are set to host Lowellville. Mineral Ridge will also be back in action on Thursday as they will travel to Western Reserve. Don’t miss it on YSN!
