MUSTANGS SHOW HORSE POWER AGAINST HERALDS

Orwell, OH- Looking to bounce back off of a loss, the Grand Valley Mustangs cruised to victory over the St. John Heralds with a commanding final score of 63-28. From the opening tip-off to the final buzzer, the Mustangs asserted their superiority on both ends of the court, leaving the Heralds struggling to keep up.

Leading the charge for the Mustangs was Jerry Arrington, who delivered a stellar performance with 18 points, showcasing his scoring prowess and leadership on the court. Braden Hart also made significant contributions with 15 points, while Logan Zirzow and Payton Plizga added 8 points each. Ben Cozad, Bobby Rogers, Joey Golfidi, Peyton Dryer, and Teagon Fenton rounded out the scoring for the Mustangs with a combined total of 12 points.

Despite a valiant effort from the Heralds, led by Anthony Severino with 15 points, they were unable to contain the Mustangs’ relentless offensive attack.

With this convincing win, the Grand Valley Mustangs improve to a record of 7-13 on the season, setting the stage for a strong finish as they prepare to face the Fairport Harding Skippers in their next game.
