PLESKA KEEPS CLIPPERS ON PACE

STRUTHERS OH- Zach Pleska continued the Clippers dominance on the mound Tuesday night as he struck out 11 Irish in 5 innings. It helped the Clippers beat Ursuline 4-2.

Riley McElwain swung the bat well finishing with multiple hits for the Clippers. Alex Eusebio also had a good day at the plate with multiple hits.

Seth Spooner came out of the bullpen and got the save for Columbiana. He threw 2 innings and struck out 4.

Columbiana is 6-0 on the season now. They’ll travel to Southern on Wednesday. The Irish will be in action on Wednesday too as they take on Mooney in round 1 of the holy war.
