BOARDMAN OH- In the heart of Boardman’s lacrosse team stands Eric Lenhart, a junior captain known for his defensive prowess and unwavering leadership. With three years under his belt and a letter earned each season, Eric’s experience and dedication make him a formidable force on the field.

This marks Eric’s second year as captain, a testament to his natural leadership qualities and the respect he commands from his teammates. Alongside fellow defensive standout Michael Demetrios and goalie Hunter Richards, Eric anchors the defense, tasked with shutting down opponents’ best offensive threats.

Last year, Eric’s stellar defensive performance earned him the title of Defensive MVP, as voted by his teammates. He also made history by breaking school records for the most ground balls in a game and throughout a season, showcasing his tenacity and determination on the field.

Off the field, Eric is just as impressive. He has been the president of his class for all three years of high school, demonstrating his commitment to his peers and his school community. Recently accepted into the National Honor Society, Eric excels academically as well as athletically.

In addition to his lacrosse achievements, Eric also showcases his skills on the soccer field as a member of the school’s soccer team. Whether he’s intercepting passes, leading his class, or defending the goal, Eric Lenhart’s impact on Boardman High School extends far beyond the lacrosse field. With his dedication, leadership, and determination, Eric continues to inspire his teammates and leave his mark on the program.
