TIGERS TAKE THE NEXT STEP

NEW MIDDLETOWN OH- The Springfield Tigers  advanced to the Division IV District Championship with a 6-2 win over Heartland Christian on Tuesday.

Kolten Ruark went the distance striking out 6 batters and only allowing four hits on the mound.

Seandelle Gardner and Rayen Matey each had a hit and 2 RBIs in the win.  Vinny Woods added a triple for the Tigers.

The boys will play JFK Thursday for the District Championship at Springfield at 5pm.
