WEST BRANCH KEEPS IMPRESSING

BELOIT OH- The Lady Warriors soccer squad rolled into Hanoverton and secured a 4-1 victory tonight over the host United Eagles.  The win pushes the Warriors record to 9-0-1 on the season.The Warriors got off to a fast start scoring three first half goals to take a 3-1 lead into intermission.  Clamping down on defense in the second half, West Branch was able to add an insurance goal in the 4-1 win.

For West Branch, Chloe Dennison who had two goals and an assist.  Daphne Snyder added a goal while Makenna Lins and Bri Thomas each had an assist.  The fourth goal scored was an own goal kicked into its own net by United.

Two goalies contributed in the victory.  Emmy Jones had one save while Zoe Sanders added two saves.

The Warriors will play next on Saturday when Austintown Fitch will come to Beloit.  The JV game is scheduled to start at Noon with the varsity game slated for 2 PM.
