RAMS RELENTLESS AGAINST RESERVE

MINERAL RIDGE OH- Mineral Ridge continued their winning streak with an impressive 8-1 victory over Western Reserve on Monday, notching their 10th win of the season in dominant fashion.

The Mineral Ridge offense came out swinging, led by Xavier Klamer’s clutch hitting. Klamer went 1 for 3 at the plate, driving in 3 crucial RBIs and drawing a walk. Trey Rigley also contributed with 2 RBIs and a walk, while AJ Sandy fueled the offense with a 2-for-3 performance, including a walk and 3 runs scored.

On the mound, Jack Gillie delivered a stellar performance for Mineral Ridge, pitching 6 innings of shutout baseball. Gillie allowed just 4 hits and struck out 8 batters, keeping Western Reserve’s offense in check and setting the stage for his team’s victory.

Despite the loss, Western Reserve showed some offensive spark, with Hunter Stacy, Peyton Hartzel, Evan Slaven, and Brock Wellman each collecting a hit.
