FEROCIOUS FRASCO

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio- Most high school football players have to work their way up through their respective programs, starting on the Freshmen team, then building reps with the Junior-Varsity squad, in hopes of making a good enough impression one day to be able to go out under the Friday night lights and represent their city. Brian Frasco’s journey has been quite different than most high school football players.

Frasco has been a four-year starter for the Ursuline Irish, a team that went 2-8 during his freshman season, and one that is now looking to take that extra step after making it all the way to the State Championship Game during his junior campaign. Alongside many other experienced linemen for Ursuline, Frasco helps lead one of the most potent offenses in the area, as the Irish have yet to score less than 30 points in a single game this season through three weeks. After suffering their first loss of the season a week ago, the road doesn’t get any easier for Ursuline as they travel to Mollenkopf Stadium this week to take on local power Warren G. Harding. In this week’s player profile, Frasco spoke about his high school journey at Ursuline, what to look forward to in this week’s matchup, and more!
