RAIDERS SAIL PAST POLAND

CANFIELD, OH – The South Range boys were looking to stay hot as they hosted Poland on Tuesday night. The Bulldogs came into tonight’s game trying to get a good start in the NE8 and take down South Range. The Raiders were able to get an early lead with 2 runs and played great defensively throughout the game. Brandon Mikos lit up the mound, leading the Raiders defensively while Trey Pancake stayed hot at the plate for the Raiders. In the 4th inning the raiders were able to add 7 insurance runs and never looked back. South Range ended the game early with a dominant 10-0 win as Mikos got the win and earned a complete game to go along with the win. 

For the Raiders, Brandon Mikos: 12 K’s, 6 IP, 4 hits against, 1 for 3 at the plate. Trey Pancake: 4 for 4, 2 singles, 1 double, 1 triple, 2 RBI’s. Mike Perry: 2 for 3, 2 singles with 2 RBI’s.

For the Bulldogs: Mason Planey: 3.2 IP, 7 runs on 9 hits. Evan Hegarty: 2 for 2.

Both teams will be back in action tomorrow, the 14th as they move to Poland and the Bulldogs host the Raiders. Don’t miss it on YSN!
