SOUTHERN GIRLS BASKETBALL COACH’S CORNER (EP 1) WITH MICHAEL SKRINJAR

SALINEVILLE OH- Southern Local girls basketball is currently in an amazing stretch of success. Their current seniors have done nothing but put together winning seasons.  Their drive to be the best have lifted the Indians to new heights the last four years of basketball. Last season specifically, they came dangerously close to ending the run of Springfield in the tournament. The Tigers of course went on to win a regional final and get into state.  That should tel you the level that Southern can play at.

Head coach Michael Skrinjat stays in his spot on the sidelines this season trying to put together one last push for his seniors that have meant so much to his program. He came on YSN’s Running Point (brought to you by Greenwood Chevrolet) to preview the season.  He talks to Anthony Hartwig about the impact his seniors have had on the program, the ways this team can win, and much more.
