BULLDOGS PUT ON A SHOW IN COLUMBIANA

Lakeview had all cylinders firing on offense on Tuesday, winning big over Columbiana 7-1.

The Bulldogs put up three runs in the fifth inning. They put the pressure on, lead by fielder’s choices by Gianna Caruso and Reagan Price and a walk by Maggie Pavlansky.

Ella Chadwick was the winning pitcher for Lakeview. The hurler lasted five and a third innings, allowing five hits and one run. Raegan Schick threw one and two-thirds innings in relief out of the bullpen. Schick recorded the last five outs to earn the save.

The Bulldogs racked up 11 hits. Kylie Imes, Izzy Haines, and Schick all managed multiple hits. Imes led with three hits in four at bats.

Maryn Hepler went 2-for-4 at the plate to lead Columbiana in hits.
