CLIPPERS CAME TO PLAY FOR THE POSTSEASON

COLUMBIANA OH- Columbiana’s volleyball team showcased their resilience and determination in a hard-fought tournament clash against Mooney, emerging victorious with a sweeping victory in three intense sets, with scores of 25-21, 28-26, and 25-19. The win marked a significant step in their postseason journey.

Several standout players led the charge for Columbiana, exemplifying their commitment to success. Ellie Jackson displayed her all-around abilities, achieving a remarkable triple-double with 13 kills, 14 assists, and 19 crucial digs. Cameron Perkins orchestrated the team’s offense with precision, providing 18 assists and adding 9 digs to her impressive performance. Danica Halas contributed with 7 kills, 2 digs, and 1 block, bolstering the team’s offensive and defensive efforts.

Ava Heinrich made her presence felt with an incredible 22 digs and 6 aces, playing a pivotal role in Columbiana’s strong defensive display. Maryn Hepler added to the offensive firepower with 7 digs and 5 kills, further showcasing the team’s depth and versatility.
