CRESTVIEW HAS A BIRTHDAY BASH

COLUMBIANA OH- Crestview’s volleyball team had reason to celebrate as they hosted McDonald in a thrilling match, coinciding with a couple of birthdays. This highly competitive contest lived up to the hype, and Crestview showcased why they’re considered a formidable team, sweeping McDonald 25-17, 25-10, 25-15.

The Crestview players delivered standout performances that fueled their victory. Grace Auer was the star of the show, achieving an impressive triple-double with 18 kills, 18 assists, and 20 digs. Abbey Emch also made her presence felt with 14 kills, 5 blocks, and 3 aces, adding significant points for Crestview.

Lainy Auer contributed her skills with 18 assists, 6 kills, and 6 digs, while Katie Lissi displayed her prowess with 6 digs, 2 aces, and 2 kills.

McDonald put up a strong fight, with Gianna Costantino recording 10 kills and Julianna Krumpak adding 8 kills to their unofficial stats. Grace Bundy contributed 5 kills and 2 blocks, displaying the team’s determination.

With this victory, Crestview remains undefeated and looks ahead to their next challenge as they host Brookfield on Tuesday. Meanwhile, McDonald will hit the road for their upcoming match against Waterloo, eager to bounce back after this competitive showdown.
