LISBON BATS BLOW OUT TIGERS

LISBON OH- Mckenna Dailey came the ballpark and meant business on Wednesday, driving in four on three hits to lead Lisbon past Wellsville 24-4 on Wednesday. Dailey drove in runs on a grand slam in the fourth.

An early lead helped propelled Lisbon. The Blue Devils scored on a walk by Justyce Vrable, a single by Parker Henthorne, an error, and a single by Marah Householder in the first inning.

Lisbon scored 11 runs in the second inning. The offensive onslaught was led by Vrable, Morgan Lively, Mickenzie Shaffer, Lexi Kelly, Mya Emmerling, and Dailey, who all drove in runs.

Emmerling was the winning pitcher for Lisbon. The righty surrendered four runs on three hits over five innings, striking out five.

Lisbon socked one home run on the day. Dailey had a long ball in the fourth inning.

The Blue Devils saw the ball well today, racking up 21 hits in the game. Vrable, Householder, Henthorne, Shaffer, Dailey, Kyrstin Reckner, and Lively all managed multiple hits. Dailey, Shaffer, Henthorne, Householder, and Vrable all had three hits to lead the offense.
