RANGE OFFENSE EXPLODES ON MADISON

Mikie Perry came to ballpark and meant business on Thursday, tallying four hits and leading South Range to a 24-1 win over Madison. Perry singled in the first, singled in the second, doubled in the third, and singled in the fourth.

South Range opened up scoring in the first inning. They scored one run when Perry singled.

The Raiders scored 11 runs in the fourth inning. The offensive onslaught was led by Trey Pancake, Perry, Garrett Sheets, Blake Jeffries, Corey Penick, and Joe Aey, all driving in runs in the inning.

Sheets was the winning pitcher for South Range. Sheets surrendered one run on three hits over four innings, striking out five and walking zero.

The Raiders totaled 14 hits. Perry, Brandon Mikos, Stevie Rohan, and Sheets all had multiple hits. Perry went 4-for-4 at the plate to lead in hits.
