SALEM RALLIES PAST REBELS

SALEM OH-Salem defeated Crestview 6-3 on Monday.

Crestview got things moving in the first inning. Carter Blakeman hit a solo homer, his first of two bombs on the day.

Brock Young led Salem to victory on the pitcher’s mound. The lefty went seven innings, allowing three runs on six hits and striking out six.

Nick Coletta, Young, Cayden Burt, Lane Rhodes, Darius Beck, and Blaize Exline each collected one hit to lead Salem.

Blakeman went 3-for-4 and had all 3 RBI at the plate to lead Crestview offensively.
